Vantieghem was urgently looking for a replacement for an outdated ADR truck. They called on TVW Fuel Trucks, who provided a brand new one in no time.

Vantieghem is a fuel supplier that delivers heating oil and diesel to individuals, industry, and the agriculture and the transport sectors throughout East and West Flanders. “We needed a new ADR truck very quickly, and TVW Fuel Trucks just so happened to have one in stock. Ordering a new tanker can easily take six months, but we simply couldn’t afford that,” explains Gilles Vantieghem. The recent (and ongoing) crisis means that the waiting times for new vehicles just keep rising, and some prices are following that upward trend. “Luckily, at TVW Fuel Trucks, we found exactly what we needed. The ADR truck turned out to be completely road-ready, and six weeks later we are making deliveries with it,” said Gilles Vantieghem. It was not Vantieghem’s first encounter with TVW Fuel Trucks. “We had already worked with Jean-François, the Benelux Sales Manager, on equipment purchases in the past. Our contact with him has always gone very smoothly,” asserts Gilles Vantieghem. A few minor, unexpected adjustments surfaced afterwards, but TVW Fuel Trucks had a satisfactory response to those, too. “For instance, our tractors turned out to not be compatible with or identical to TVW's tractors. So, I called Jean-François for an electrical plan and some other technical information. He promptly gave me the number of TVW's garage so we could call on their technician.
